Terms of Service & Commercial Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026

🔒 Proprietary Information & IP Notice

All diagnostic methodologies, proprietary software configurations, custom test-fixture schematics, power conditioning design profiles, and system simplification frameworks utilized or provided within "The Kit" or "The Kit (Lite)" remain the sole intellectual property of HFACTOR Diagnostics.

The client is granted a single-device operational usage license for the restored software/hardware baseline. The client retains absolute no rights to reverse-engineer, duplicate, extract, or redistribute any custom deployment images, isolated drive configurations, or partition data maps.

1. Commercial B2B Engagements

All product acquisitions and technician dispatch requests are processed strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) contractual framework. Hardware builds are custom assembled to order. Once processing and image calibration begin, baseline deposits are non-refundable.

2. Hardware Warranties & Field Limits

HFACTOR Diagnostics provides a structural warranty for custom case layouts, internal wiring lines, and power delivery rails built in-house. Factory components, including the Lenovo ThinkCentre, Dell Latitude, and Micsig scopes, are governed strictly by their original manufacturer warranties. HFACTOR Diagnostics assumes zero liability for module damage stemming from unvalidated user-supplied VCIs or volatile shop-floor power dropouts exceeding equipment safety cutoffs.

3. Software Isolation Boundaries

Our drive mechanics are engineered to group complementary vehicle platforms to avoid registry crossing. Modifying internal host OS network configurations, bypassing built-in firewalls, or installing third-party unvalidated diagnostic crack software voids all ongoing calibration support agreements immediately.
